I am Celia, your personal makeup and eyebrow specialist. 

My interest in makeup and eyebrows started at a young age, and I often found myself correcting my friends' brows and assisting them with makeup. Even then, I realized that the world of beauty was my area of passion. The makeup and eyebrows I did as a hobby always received positive feedback, encouraging me to delve further into this field.

After completing high school, I felt the desire to refine my skills and knowledge professionally, which led me to enroll in a makeup school. There, I thoroughly learned various makeup styles and special effects.

During my studies, I've come to realize that the world of beauty encompasses more than just makeup. I've also undergone training in lash lifting and eyebrow lamination to provide my clients with the best service and enhance their natural beauty.

I am dedicated to continuous self-improvement, which is why I am currently studying at Tallinn Health Care College to further enhance my knowledge and skills. This is to ensure that I can offer you even better services in the future.

My passion is to provide only the services that light up my enthusiasm and that I genuinely love. I believe this is the key to bringing out your beauty and confidence, because if I would do it for myself, I would do it for you too.
